Eagles Meet John Harbaugh

Published by Jim Vassallo at 9:24 pm under Games, General Football, NFC, News and Notes Edit This

When the Eagles and Ravens meet in Baltimore on Sunday it will be a reunion of old times.

Harbaugh is in his first season as head coach of the Ravens after spending 10 seasons as an assistant with the Eagles in Philadelphia.

Harbaugh has led the Ravens to a 6-4 record through the team’s first 10 games and looks to knock off his former boss on Sunday.

The Eagles come into the game limping with a 5-4-1 record and look to put an embarrassing tie to the Bengals behind them.

Harbaugh doesn’t think the game will be weird but he said he is looking forward to seeing all his old players and co-workers come Sunday and that a win wouldn’t be a bad thing.

The other local connection in Sunday’a game is Ravens’ QB Joe Flacco. Flacco is an Audubon, NJ native and played his college ball at the University of Delaware.
