Fully Healthy?
There is a huge possibility that the bye week will mean that once the Eagles take the field against the Falcons on Sunday that they are almost fully healthy on offense.
Brian Westbrook, after missing the game against the 49ers, should be ready to go against the Falcons.
Wide receiver Reggie Brown, who also missed the 49ers game, will also be ready to play.
And the biggest health problem of the season might be gone following the bye week. Wide receiver Kevin Curtis might be back on the field for the Eagles against the Falcons after missing the first six games of the season.
He has been suffering from a sports hernia since training camp but is extremely close to being 100 percent healthy and ready to return to action.
Shawn Andrews is still out of the lineup with back problems. He remains the only injury problem on offense.
Defensively, the Eagles are pretty healthy. The only problems are getting rid of some bumps and bruises before the Falcons game.
This bye week couldn’t have come at a better time for the Eagles and their walking wounded.
