Getting Healthy

Published by Jim Vassallo at 10:08 pm under Games, General Football, NFC, News and Notes Edit This

The Eagles will use the bye week this weekend to hopefully get fully healthy.

Getting fully healthy might be a bit of a stretch for this Eagles team but one can’t hope.

Shawn Andrews more than likely won’t play against the Atlanta Falcons after the bye week and it remains to be seen whether or not wide receiver Reggie Brown will play.

One promising note is that wide receiver Kevin Curtis is extremely, extremely, close to being 100 percent healthy and ready to play.

Curtis has not played yet this year for the Eagles and has been out of action since Training Camp with a sports hernia.

Curtis should be ready to go for the team’s game against the Falcons coming out of the bye week.

Victor Abiamiri played against the 49ers last week and will be available this week as well.

Other than that the majority of the team will be healthy for the Falcons game.
