Embarassed
It has been two days since an ugly loss to the Washington Redskins and head coach Andy Reid says that the team is still confident about the remainder of the season.
Reid also said that the entire team and organization was embarrassed by the loss to the now 4-1 Redskins.
Brian Westbrook, back from an ankle injury, could only muster 33 yards on 12 carries. He did score a touchdown on a nine yard run.
David Akers is struggling with long yardage field goals; he missed a 50 yarder against the Skins.
The Eagles have three days of practice left to prepare for the San Francisco 49ers and to hopefully figure out who is at fault for the embarrassing 2-3 start to the season.
