Must Win?
Is Sunday’s game against the Washington Redskins a must win for the Eagles?
It can’t be. Not this early in the season.
But then again the Eagles are 2-2 on the year after an ugly loss to the Bears on Sunday night in Chicago because of stupid play calling from Andy Reid and the Redskins are 3-1.
The Giants are 3-0 and the Cowboys are 3-1 in 2008.
In my opinion this game Sunday against the Redskins is a must win for the Eagles. If the Birds lose and fall to 2-3 they will fall to two games behind the Redskins in the division and that is without knowing what the other two teams in the East will be doing this week.
The Birds need a rebound game after Sunday’s loss to the Bears and need to get Westbrook back onto the field to have a shot against the Skins.
